At this stage in Advent (now 3 weeks in), one wonders whether there is any point in taking on an Advent discipline or "living into" the season of Advent, if one isn't already doing so. Moms...imagine this: Time alone... (What's that?) Starting in mid-September, our many young mothers will be offered the chance to drop their child/children off at the church once a week, and have a much-needed morning to themselves. Mom's Morning Out will open up our church nursery on Thursdays from 9am - Noon for up to eight children (ages 6 months to 4 years old). The best part? This is offered free of charge.
