Music in the Church

Music is one of the primary ways in which we worship, love and serve God. Trinity-by-the-Cove has a lengthy history of excellence in and enthusiastic support of fine liturgical music.

  • Trinity's Choir

Trinity's choir is a fully professional, twelve voice ensemble that provides support and leadership to our congregation through the singing of hymns, anthems, and service music to offer our very best praise to God. The choir also sings weekly Choral Evensongs on Thursdays during the program year as well as an annual series of Christmas concerts. Auditions are always available for admission into the choir for either regular or substitute work. Please contact Music Director Tripp Kennedy to arrange an audition.

  • Concert Series

The Music at Trinity Concert Series features a rich diversity of local and international talent across a variety of classical music genres, presented free of charge as an outreach ministry to the wider Southwest Florida community. Performances take place in both Trinity-by-the-Cove’s church as well as the Parish Hall, a space that was radically transformed in 2020 and is an equally magnificent visual and acoustic setting for music making. Previous performers on Trinity’s concert series include New York Polyphony, St. Pete Baroque, and VOCES8. Information for the 2023-2024 concert series schedule can be found below.
