4:30 p.m. - The Blessing of the Creche
We break from the open house for the Blessing of the Creche. With the church doors open and outdoor speakers on, parishioners gather outside of the church to listen. After the blessing, all are invited into the church for prayer and communion, and children are invited to place their sheep or shepherd ornaments in the creche.
7:00 p.m. - Christmas Lessons and Carols
We break from the open house for lessons and carols. With the church doors open and outdoor speakers on, parishioners may gather outside of the church, or inside the parish hall, to listen. When the service concludes, all are invited into the church for prayer and communion.
9:00 p.m. - The Holy Eucharist, Rite II
Clergy, choir and wardens gather in the church for the Holy Eucharist. With the church doors open and outdoor speakers on, parishioners may gather outside of the church, or inside the parish hall, to listen.
